All but two of the schools on this list cost less than $6,000 in annual tuition, so they provide an affordable way for Ohio students to further their education. Stark State College, ranked #4, offers 26 online associate degree programs, including an AAB in Accounting, an AAS in Computer Science, and an AA in General Studies. Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, ranked #1, offers an annual tuition rate of $4,418.
