Of the schools on this list, 19 cost less than $5,000 per year, and they all cost less than $6,000 per year. While all of these community colleges offer at least one fully online associate degree program, Hudson Valley Community College, ranked #8, offers 21 online associate degrees, including an AAS in Business - Accounting, an AAS in Criminal Investigation, and an AS in Human Services.
