Hi my name is Amber and I'm a Veterinary Technology student at Penn Foster College. I started going to school online because I just really wanted to see what it was like.

To be honest, I didn't think that I would like it. I thought that it would be really easy and I didn't think that any employer would take me seriously, but it's been really challenging and the vet that I work for has given me a raise and said that I will get another one whenever I am licensed.

I've enjoyed going to online school because I can go to class in my pajamas, stay home with my daughter during the day, and I work a few nights a week.

After I receive my degree, I will have a better chance of getting a job working with exotic animals, which is what I want to do. My goal is to help as many different kinds of animals as possible during my lifetime.
