WyoTech - Daytona

Overview
WyoTech - Daytona was founded in 1972 in Daytona, Florida. The school offers courses in Marine Technology, Motorcycle Technology and in Personal Watercraft. Students are trained with the skills they need to start their careers immediately upon graduation.

Student Appeal
At WyoTech Daytona, students get the skills and knowledge they need in a variety of settings-- including classrooms, labs, and shop-- and students enjoy a low student-to-teacher ratio. Employers have been known to seek out Wyotech graduates because they have been trained to value attendance, punctuality, professional appearance and similar values which are highly regarded in a workplace.

Financial aid is available to those who qualify. WyoTech is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET).

Programs Offered:

• Marine TechnologyMarine Technology
  The Marine Technology program provides students with hands-on training in stern-drive and outboard mechanics, gasoline inboard engines, diesel engines, powerheads, electrical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, and more.
• Motorcycle TechnologyMotorcycle Technology
  WyoTech's Motorcycle Technology program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge they need for careers involving servicing and repairing modern, sophisticated bikes. Students are required to take eight courses, and they then can choose to concentrate in one of the following areas: Asian Motorcycles, European Motorcycles, or Harley-Davidson bikes.
• Personal WatercraftPersonal Watercraft
  The Personal Watercraft program is a part of the Marine Technology Program. Students learn to service a wide variety of personal watercraft and they take courses in general marine technology as well.
