I hear alot of bad reviews of Westwood and I don't unerstand it, I believe that there are just alot of people who are not willing to take responsibilty for their life and want to blame someone for it.
I had a great experience at Westwood, it helped me change my life and advance my career. Just like any school Westwood is not for everyone, but it certainly helped me. I would definitley recommend.

I think that Westwood is a good school but they should invest more time and energy into helping students find jobs when they are done. I worked really hard when I attended Westwood. I think that you have to be very dedicated to finish this degree program.

I have been attending Westwood for nearly 2 years and the support and classes have been great. I am nearly done with my Bachelors and am happy with the program. The curriculum has been tough, but well worth what I have learned.
When compared with the other schools I attended I got more support at Westwood.
Read the Denver Post... Westwood is under investigation and currently on probation for their CRAP degrees. They are national accredited, what does that mean? Absolutely NOTHING to employers, and I hope you dont plan on transferring your credits, becuse they wont.
Yes, Westwood is a for-profit school so they are pricey, but the school's instructors and curriculum is outstanding. The methods used teach and instruct totally prepare you for real world conditions in corporate America. I received my AAS in Information Technology in 2010 and I worked my butt off for 1-1/2 years to get it. It was the hardest and most challenging thing I've accomplished in my life. I only have to go for a year to obtain my BA in Network Management.
Here's a big HINT on how to keep the loans down. Test out of as many classes as you can and if you're enrolling in any Information Technology type degrees, get your certifications like CCNA, MCSE, A+, Network+, and Security+. I was able to get credit for 8 classes because I had most of these IT certs.
I also tested out of 4 classes. This saved me a ton of money over the long run. Some professors were more dedicated then others but that's a problem at all schools and you can transfer to your hearts content and not be able to escape that fact. For the most part, the professors knew their stuff and really care for the students.
