My experience at Tiffin University was exceptional. Studying communications I wanted to either work for a PR firm in business or move into a television journalism position. I knew both fields would be extremely competitive but the small class sizes and personal attention I received while attending Tiffin helped me gain the skills necessary for such an ambitions dream.
At age 26 I am now working as assistant to the director of PR at Nvidia in San Francisco. The pay is great and the networking opportunities are amazing. Although Tiffin provided me with a fantastic in class experience the only thing I would improve about the University is the student activity situation. I commuted from home in OH and was not able to know many of my classmates. I had a few friends in class but the majority of students stuck to themselves without a cohesive student body organization. The most exciting activity however, was attending the Dragon's baseball games which provided me and my friends an activity other than hanging out in local bars or studying.
