This is a great school. I have been attending SJVC for eight months and will be finished in six more months. I have had really great instructors and the support that is available is extremely helpful. I have read some of the reviews and would like to say that you will get out of SJVC what you put into it.
It is hard work and you must be dedicated to the program in order to be successful just as you would at college. If you are shopping for an easy degree with little effort you should keep shopping!

I started with SJVC online because I am self supporting and need to work full time. The classes fit into my schedule and I can do the work with I have the time. I have tried regular classes at the local college, but I could never get the classes when I needed them. This CMA program did cost a little, but all the books were brand new, delivered to my home, and my time was worth it!
I did have wonderful instructors! It seemed that every semester(5wks) I had some major life event happen and the instructors understood. I also had to repeat the math class and got very awsome support to pass the class! This school is no different than any other school in cost once you figure in books, lab fees, cost per credit hour, etc. It is also accredited and will transfer to other schools!
I am glad I picked SJVC online over other online schools! Hats off to Josh M. my student advisor!

The teacher’s are very friendly and approachable, the problem lies within the administration. My graduation date was June 30, 2011 it’s now July 18 2011 and not a word from the administration and still no diploma but I have my final transcripts. I sent emails with none being answered, I was just a number to them and without a doubt money.
I attende San Joaquin Valley College Fresno Industrial Technology Program and was very disappointed! The only Instructor that was half way decent quite and the others didn't care what was going on in class and offered no help. Not only am I out the money to attend this waste of time but I got no support in them helping to find me a job! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
