You do not receive your diploma until your account is paid in full. They won't even send you a letter of completion. So you if you choose the payment plan..beware that you will not receive anything from the school until you account is paid in full, So I have another 18 months of payments before I even see my diploma and I've already completed the whole course..

I am enrolled in the medical office assistant program through Penn Foster and so far I really like it! It's self paced and easy to understand. The tuition is also very reasonable. I would recommend this school to anyone who is interested in attending a career college.

I recently started the medical transcription program. I have no complaints so far. I am very pleased with the program,and I plan on getting my billing and coding degree through Penn Foster after I complete the Medical Transcription program.

I am half way done with my medical transcription course through Penn Foster. They have been very helpful. They respond quickly to my needs. My books are always at my house well before they say they will be. I have been provided with everything I've needed. I also have access to an online library and book store. If I refer a friend some of my tuition is taken off. Speaking of tuition it is the most reasonable priced school I found online. You can pay in full or make monthly payments that you can either send in or have withdrawn from your bank account. I chose the later and they have been trustworthy. I also started with very little money down. My monthly payments are small as well. I so far have no complaints about this school. I'm very happy with it.
