For the females of NADC, there's very little housing options. There are just a few dorms and there is a program partnered with the school called Colligate Houseing Servives. Now as a parent you need to know what you are going to get into when you sign your name to the lease with them. They are a shady company, with a poor site of a lease contract. They are not compatible with financial aid, (if your student gets a living expenses check that goes toward the rent)they charge the student for late fees when theres nothing the student cant do. They allow drug and alcohol activity, dont let the rule book lie to you, ive had my battles to get rid of these problems. Yet no one would resolve the issue. The apartments are not all that clean if the health dept. was to walk in to most of them they would be condemed! please do some looking around before you settle with this company!
