I truly enjoy attending Liberty University Online. It fits right into my schedule and everyone has been very helpful. I had read some "iffy" reviews when looking into where to go, but I decided that Liberty was the way to go. I'm so happy that I decided to go there. I absolutely love it. I've seen my grades improve at Liberty, and I'm now a member of Psi Chi, on the Dean's List and as of last semester had a 4.0 GPA. Love it!

After a lot of research, I decided to attended Liberty University online since it seemed to be military friendly and also, obviously, Christian-oriented. As a miitary wife, this university was supberb at accomodating our lifestyle and anytime I ever called with a question, it was addressed immediately and efficiently. So for any military personnel out there and their spouses, I would definitely recommend this school for you.

Another thing that I was concerned about was earning my Bachelor's degree but having it looked at as being from a "paper mill" college. Definitely not so with Liberty. I've been a 4.0 student all my life and must say that the courses I took to complete my Criminal Justice degree were challenging and I worked extremely hard to earn my degree. I recently went to a job interview and the interviewers commented on how they were impressed that I had graduated with high honors from Liberty University since the school has a very solid reputation. That obviously made me feel even better that I had made the right decision in completing my degree at this school.

I'd have to say that 98% of my teachers were competent and responded quickly to any questions that I had. The only thing that I disliked about Liberty was having to do group work but you're going to have to do that with any online school.

Basically, if you're a Christian and appreciate an education that will help you build a stronger testimony and challenge you in your coursework along the way, I would absolutely recommend Liberty online to you.

I believe in Christian Education and that is why I was excited about Liberty. The on phone help is helpful but that is all. I found numerous wrong or challengable answers but their lack of intellectual capability made debate or discussion pointless. Online students are adults and many quite accomplished. The school treats the students with little to no respect as equals or customers.

The quality is as good as the textbooks but no real instruction occurs.

The instructors appear to have more important things to do than think for themselves and cannot muster a good debate.

I had to be in Lynchburg for a meeting and wanted to meet with instructors to discuss questions and try to determine what theywereloking for. I was told by the instructors who arelocalthatthey are too busy to meet with an online student.

Maybe if I were on campus raised inthe right type of home and 18 I would have found Liberty to be terrific. I found it to be less than satisfactory

Having attended seminary for 2 short semesters at an extension center in Florida, it became very clear that the commuting and quality of education would not fit my needs as a pastor, husband, and father. When other classmates began to mention Liberty as an alternative, I checked into their MDiv program. Now, 3 years later I am in my last semester. I plan on pursuing a DMin from them as well. They have been a superb school. Their implementation of Blackboard is the most comprehensive I have ever seen at a school.

I formerly working in IT as a Network Admin for 4 years in higher education, so I know when a school is putting effort into their offerings. Liberty has far surpassed any expectation I could have. They have been friendly and helpful all along the way. They worked with me when I had a brain bleed. They worked with me to do an independent study in India. They have worked with me and for this reason I highly recommend the education. Great school, great professors, great opportunity. If you're a pastor who needs a way to further your education, look no further than Liberty University.

The Quality is Horrible...

It is too slow. Good intentions aside, even if the professors are nice, the daily interruptions in IT connectivity around critical junctures like when assignments come due is mind-boggling. They institution refuses any sort of customer service refunds for lack of quality and is in business to milk the federal student loan teat.
