Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts – Minneapolis is a culinary school devoted to diverse training with a balance of career focus and creativity to produce the most qualified culinary professionals. Students can learn fundamentals in all areas of cooking and baking while developing specialization to help them prepare for a successful career. Campus is located in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
Student Appeal
Professionally experienced instructors share insider knowledge and advice to small, informal classes to ensure optimal education. Practical training is emphasized throughout all programs to provide ample opportunity for experimentation and perfection of talents for each student. Industry-current kitchen labs and a student restaurant give students the opportunity to get a taste of the professional environment they may enter upon successful completion of their programs, while easing the transition from school to career. Faculty are available after class to provide tutoring assistance and extra student attention. Career placement assistance is available to help students find the right opportunities to match individual interests and goals. Externships opportunities are available to compliment curriculum.

Financial aid is available for those students who qualify. Aid options include federal loans, grants, and work-study. Tuition planning and advice is offered through the Financial Aid staff.
