Juris Doctor (JD) Degree Online
Juris Doctor (JD) degree programs provide education in preparation for practicing law in a real-world environment. Upon completing a JD program, students must satisfy jurisdictional bar requirements for the state in which they intend to practice and pass the appropriate examination. JDs are then qualified to act as lawyers. A JD degree holder may also continue education to pursue an SJD (Doctor of Juridical Science) as a research degree. A Bachelor Degree is a prerequisite for admission into a JD program, in addition to satisfying GPA and LSAT test score requirements. (More about Juris Doctor (JD))
