Overview
Jacksonville University Online is designed to provide working registered nurses with the opportunity to advance in their careers through online BSN credentials. The RN to BSN program accommodates the demanding schedules of registered nurses through convenient and flexible distance learning from campus faculty who are specially trained in online teaching methods.
Student Appeal
Students receive the exact same quality of education online as their campus counterparts. Online message boards, chat rooms, and virtual correspondence tools ensure high fidelity communication. Streaming lectures and online resources bring educational materials to the student. Student support services include academic advising, technical support, and a private student services representative to provide assistance 24/7. The program can be completed in as little as two years and online students can even walk with campus peers at graduation. Students may enroll in one of six sessions per year. Final practice project topics are flexible and can be applied toward securing a career upon graduation.
Financial
Students may qualify for financial aid in the form of federal loans and grants, tuition assistance, and state-specific scholarships. Jacksonville University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
