Overview
Formed in 1966, Iowa Central College is a community college offering Associate Degree training in Business, Information Technology, and Criminal Justice fields via campus course study and online education. The main campus is located in Fort Dodge, Iowa with flexible course schedules and additional programs via online learning resources.
Student Appeal
In addition to fundamental business, IT, and criminal justice educations, ICC promotes community-oriented social development and diverse cultural learning through applied study in the community and classroom. Academic advising allows students to explore curriculum and classes that fit their long-term career goals by collaborative planning between student and advisor. Additional student services include student housing opportunities, athletics, clubs and organizations, dining accommodations, and tutoring services. Career development and job placement are also available to all students.
Financial
The Financial Aid Office processes all federal loans, grants, and work study, plus merit and need-based scholarships for qualified students. Loan counseling services are available through the Aid Office as well as online. Iowa Central College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
