Since 1987 the Florida Culinary Institute has been helping aspiring chefs cultivate a repertoire of recipes they can take into the professional kitchen. The culinary school offers bachelor degree, associate degree and diploma programs in international culinary arts and management.
The American Culinary Federation has approved the education offered at the Florida Culinary Institute by granting its accreditation. That means the programs offered here meet the federation's high educational quality standards. The Food and Beverage Management program offered is also a "Partner in Education" with the National Restaurant Association.
The teaching staff at Florida Culinary Institute have a combined one hundred years of experience working in the field. The dean of the school, Chef Pantone, has experience as the executive chef at many of the top-rated hotels and restaurants in the U.S.
