American InterContinental University

  1. AIU Online Advantage Grant
  2. This scholarship, worth $500 to $1,000, is for students who face extreme personal and/or financial hardships while pursuing a degree. To be eligible, students must be in good academic standing at either AIU or at their previous institution.
  3. AIU Career Education Scholarship Fund (CESF)
  4. This scholarship, worth $500 to $2,000, is for full-time students currently attending or enrolled for a future start at AIU. To be eligible, students must be in good academic standing at either AIU or their previous institution. Recipients will have been awarded all federal and state financial aid that they qualify for and still demonstrate financial need.
  5. Working Woman Scholarship
  6. This full-tuition scholarship is for women who wish to advance their career by pursuing an online degree program. To be eligible, applicants must have been employed in her current position for at least six months, must be working at least 20 hours a week, and must be in good standing with her employer.
  7. AIU Online Lifelong Learning Grant
  8. This $2,000 scholarship is for undergraduate alumni of AIU Online and Briarcliffe College. To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree who have attended the qualifying session prior to the award disbursement.

  1. Project Management and Business Analysis Scholarship
  2. These $5,000 scholarships are for students majoring in information technology, organization and management, project management, information technology, and business specializing in project management who are enrolled in a PhD, MBA, MS, or BS program.
  3. Information Assurance and Security Scholarship
  4. This scholarship is for full-time undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students who are majoring in a field related to computer and network security. Undergraduate applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and must have completed at least 90 credits. Graduate applicants must have a 3.2 minimum GPA. To be eligible, applicants must obtain and maintain eligibility for security clearance and must not be employed by the Department of Defense. The award covers full tuition, books, expenses, and a $12,000 yearly stipend for undergraduate recipients and a $17,000 yearly stipend for graduate students.
  5. Human Capital Management Scholarship
  6. These $5,000 scholarships are for those majoring in one of the specializations of the human capital management field. To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate financial need.

  1. Laid Off Worker Scholarships
  2. This scholarship is for residents of Washington with an associate's degree or bachelor's degree who are pursuing degrees in applied psychology, accounting, business, communications, general studies, information systems, marketing, management, information security, project management, technology management, or leadership. To be eligible, applicants must have been laid off in the last 180 days and work less than 20 hours per week. Recipients pursuing a bachelor’s degree will be awarded $10,800, and recipients pursuing a graduate degree will receive $3,000.
  3. Seahawks Undergrad Scholarship
  4. This scholarship is for U.S. citizens and residents who are sophomores, juniors, and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Employees of City University of Seattle, the NFL or the Seattle Seahawks are ineligible. This scholarship covers tuition and books for an award of up to $15,000.

DeVry University

  1. Presidential Scholarship
  2. This half-tuition scholarship is for high school graduates who have been recognized as a Dean’s scholarship winner. To be eligible, applicants must have a minimum 3.33 cumulative GPA, must have an ACT composite score of at least 24 or an SAT score of at least 1100, and must have graduated in the top 50% of their class.
  3. Dean's Scholarship
  4. This $1,500 per semester scholarship is for those who have enrolled at DeVry University within one year from graduation of high school or of receiving a GED. To be eligible, applicants must have an ACT composite score of at least 24 or an SAT score of at least 1100.
  5. DeVry High School Scholarship
  6. This $1,000 per semester scholarship is for high school graduates who have been nominated by a guidance counselor or principal. To be elible, applicants must have graduated within the top 50% of their class and have earned a cumulative GPA of at least 2.7 by the end of their junior year.
  7. Cisco/CompTIA Scholarship
  8. This $1,200 per semester scholarship is for those who have completed IT Essentials I or CCNA Semester I before entering DeVry University, and for those who have received a Certificate of Completion from Cisco or CompTIA, CCNET certification, CCDA certification, CCNP certification, CCDP certification, CCIE certification, or CompTIA A+ certification. To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a degree in the fields of biomedical engineering technology, computer engineering technology, computer information systems, electronics and computer technology, electronics engineering technology, game and simulation programming, health information technology, network and communications management, network systems administration, or web graphic design.
  9. Banco Popular Scholarship
  10. This scholarship, worth $1,000 per semester, is for high school seniors who have a Banco Popular account. To be eligible, applicants must be living in Illinois, Texas, New Jersey, New York or Florida and must plan to attend the Chicago, IL, Irving, TX, North Brunswick, NJ, Long Island City, NY, or Miramar, FL campuses. Applicants must have earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7 by the end of their junior year. Recipients will be able to provide a letter of recommendation from a member of the community relating their community service, volunteerism and leadership skills.
  11. FIRST Scholar ½ Tuition Scholarship
  12. This half-tuition scholarship is for high school seniors who have participated in an FTC or FRC FIRST Robotics competitions within the 2008-2009 academic year. To be eligible, applicants must have an ACT composite score of at least 24 or an SAT combined score of at least 1100.
  13. FIRST Robotics Scholarship
  14. This scholarship, worth $1,500 per semester, is for high school seniors who have participated in an FTC or FRC FIRST Robotics competitions within the 2008-2009 academic year. To be eligible, applicants must have an ACT composite score of at least 19 or an SAT combined score of at least 900.

  16. This scholarship, worth $1,000 per semester, is for adults who have an account with Banco Popular.   18. This scholarship, worth $1,000 per semester, is for those who have lost their job within the past year. Applicants must be able to demonstrate financial need and must attend at least two classes per session.

  25. AMVETS Scholarship

This scholarship, worth $1,000 per semester, is for veterans, and their immediate family members, of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, the Air National Guard and the Army National Guard. To be eligible, applicants must be able to demonstrate financial need. Those who are receiving 100% tuition reimbursement, and those who are employees or family members of employees of AMVETS National Headquarters or DeVry University are ineligible.
  27. Veteran's Appreciation Grant
  28. This scholarship, worth $500 per semester, is for veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces who are attending DeVry University full-time. Active duty, guard, and reserve members, as well as their spouses, who are eligible to receive the military tuition rate are ineligible for this scholarship. Recipients attending school part-time will receive a prorated grant.

  1. Military Scholarship
  2. This scholarship is for first-time students who are active and former members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard and military reserves. To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a master’s, bachelor’s, or associate’s degree at an ITT Technical Institute. Recipients receive a 10% reduction of their tuition.

  1. Kaplan University Sucess Scholarship
  2. This scholarship is for first-time students pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Kaplan University, and for transfer students who have earned at least 30 semester hours of college credit at a regionally or nationally accredited institution. To be eligible, applicants must have attended college within the last three years, have a minimum 2.75 GPA, and must take a minimum of two courses per term. The scholarship is worth $200 per course per quarter, not to exceed $3,000.
  3. Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship
  4. This scholarship is for PTK members who are first-time enrollees pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Kaplan University. Recipients must take a minimum of two courses per term and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 for continued eligibility. This scholarship is worth $200 per course per quarter, not to exceed $3,000.
  5. Kaplan University Criminal Justice Scholarship
  6. This scholarship, worth $200 per course per quarter, is for first-time enrollees in a certificate or degree program offered through Kaplan University. To be eligible, students must have at least one year of full-time experience working in the criminal justice field. Applicants must take a minimum of two courses per term and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 for continued eligibility.
  7. Kaplan University Accelerated Scholars Award
  8. This scholarship is for students who have completed at least one term of study at Kaplan University and attained a cumulative GPA of 3.0. For continued eligibility, the recipient must take 15 or more credits per term and maintain a GPA of 3.0. This award provides a tuition credit equal to 25% off one course worth five or six credits.

  8. These $4,000 scholarships are for active duty members and veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, as well as their families. The funds will be distributed as a non-cash credit to the recipients’ school account.

  16. These full-tuition scholarships are for nurses pursuing advanced degrees at the University of Phoenix. One scholarship is reserved for a student pursuing a masters of science in nursing/health care education.
  17. University of Phoenix Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship Program
  18. These full-tuition scholarships are for residents of Northern California. To be eligible, applicants must not be employees or a family member of an employee of Apollo Group, Inc., University of Phoenix, Western International University, the Institute for Professional Development or any other subsidiary of Apollo Group, Inc. Recipients must not be enrolled in the university prior to receiving the award.
