Overview
Founded in 1987, Center for Advanced Legal Studies provides specialized career education to prepare students for the paralegal profession. Associate Degrees or more advanced Certificates are available to graduates of either Paralegal program. While the main campus is located in Texas, students may choose to attend in-house or via online distance learning.
Student Appeal
In addition to hands-on career preparation for immediate paralegal employment, Center for Advanced Legal Studies offers a variety of student services including, admission support, financial assistance with tuition, and career placement assistance for students and graduates. Academic and licensed counseling resources are also available. Externship opportunities are available as a means of complementing classroom learning and can enable students to directly apply learning while building career contacts.
Financial
Individual financing assistance is provided to students seeking help in paying for education. Financial aid is available to qualified students and includes federal loan and grant monies. Center for Advanced Legal Studies is accredited by the American Bar Association and the Council on Occupational Education.
