Overview
The CDM Institute includes a chain of several licensed private career schools throughout the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The curriculum offers hands-on training in addition to classroom experience from a fully-trained staff. Programs range from mechanical engineering programs to health-related studies, giving students a wide-selection of career possibilities upon completion. The school has locations in Allentown, Marlton, Vineland, Wayne and Woodbridge.
Student Appeal
Students have a number of healthcare, technology, and business programs available to them at CDM Institute. After completing one of the career-focused programs, the CDM staff provides a service to help graduates transition into the job market. With the Career Development program, students can attend the lecture series that explores practical instruction and secrets for getting hired. An experienced professional in Organizational Psychology conducts the lectures that explore topics like cover letters, job interviews, resumes and salary negotiations. Lifetime placement assistance and career management services are also offered.
Financial
Several private financial institutions contribute to educational loans made available to students at CDM Institute. Students can choose an affordable payment plan with the school upon graduation from their program. Grants and work-study programs are also available. Some programs offer tuition reimbursement for qualified students. Partially subsidized programs are also options for unemployed or laid-off students.

Students learn the skills needed to do technical drawings and plans that production workers use to create a variety of products, including toys, appliances and machinery. Instructors explore different fields of study so students have several options available to them upon graduation. - CNC ProgrammingCNC Programming
The objective of this program is to train students to have the techniques needed for computer numerical control (CNC) programs. The curriculum concentrates on G-code programming and special software. Focus is also placed on computer aided manufacturing principles and methods. - Computer Office AdministrationComputer Office Administration
Students receive instruction on basic office skills and computer applications. CDM Institute offers students who complete this course a Basic Computer Applications Certificate. - Computerized Accounting/BookkeepingComputerized Accounting/Bookkeeping
This program is an introduction to finance and accounting. Students explore topics like financial reports, cost accounting, fixed assets, budgeting and others. Bank operations are also taught in this course, including payroll taxes, federal tax and ration analysis. - Computerized Bookkeeping TechnologyComputerized Bookkeeping Technology
Students in this financial program learn the skills needed to work in a bookkeeping or accounting career. The daily financial aspects of business are explored and students learn marketable skills like QuickBooks and Peachtree Software, among others. - Fundamental Computer ApplicationsFundamental Computer Applications
This program is designed to teach students the basics of fundamental computer applications that they will use in the job market. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are explored in-depth as well as other programs that make the students marketable after graduation. - Medical AssistingMedical Assisting
CDM Institute's Medical Assisting program includes courses that focus on the fundamentals of patient care. Students learn marketable skills for the health field that include phlebotomy, laboratory procedures and more. After completing the program, students go on to find jobs working alongside physicians and other health-related fields. - Medical Billing & CodingMedical Billing & Coding
This training course provides students with the skills involved with processing billing statements and insurance claims. Upon completion, students receive certification and find jobs in the front offices of physician’s offices and in other medical settings. - Nursing Assistant/CNANursing Assistant/CNA
