I would recommend CCU to any working adult trying to finish their secondary education. After graduating CCU, I feel that I am not only a well rounded student, but a well rounded employee as well.

I have taken graduate level courses at several other schools, at both Regionally Accredited and Nationally Accredited institutions, and I can honestly report that California Coast University is at least on par with the RA coursework, and far superior to the NA coursework that I’ve taken. The average MBA coursework consists of a Study Guide and Textbook(s).

The Study Guide is provided by the school and is included with tuition (no extra charge). These Guides are organized in such a way that you receive a complete syllabus for each course along with instructional materials, which guide students chapter by chapter through the corresponding textbook. Each Study Guide contains an overview and summary of each textbook chapter, along with a listing of important keywords with definitions and self-tests on key points. Each of those items is referenced back to the specific learning objectives for the chapter, which allow the student to easily understand concepts or theories presented in that particular chapter. Study Guides contain 4 "Unit Test" equally spaced throughout the instructional materials, a brief writing assignment and the Final Examination. Textbooks can be rented from the school or purchased elsewhere.

The administrators, faculty, instructors and staff are made up of some very fine people, and they are all only an e-mail or phone call away. And they are always happy to hear from perspective, current, and former students. What truly sets California Coast University apart from most other universities is their unabated commitment to the individual student and to student services in general.

I attended California Coast University Online I received my Associates of Science in Accounting the experienced varied. The material was decent and the coursework was just as in depth as an actual college however, my interaction with the classmates and the professor was a bit lacking. Online you loose that interaction even with streaming video.

California Coast University is a really good online university. I have completed 21 courses in 18 months and the curriculum is mirrored to that of a traditional classroom university setting. This is also very affordable. I pay $100 per month till I complete my tuition balance.

California Coast University is a very professional and exigent institution. I had to work hard to get my Master in Business Administration and I'm continuing with my studies to get the PhD. I will recommend this institution to any adult professional decided to continue his/her education and get a degree when his/her daily work and life duties don't let him/her attend to a traditional College or University. At the end what really matters is how do you feel when you achieve your goals. This institution really deserves the accreditation that is looking for because of the excellence of its education.

I personally would not do all my degrees in a non-traditional school but i really enjoyed my work with CCU. The exams at CCU have been challenging and i had to devote ample time to complete my studies. I found the learning materials to be well-structured, up-to-date, and relevant. I have attended both online and campus schools and frankly i must say i have learned more through Online Courses. Grades, Study Guides, and books are sent in a matter of days. Students can rent books for 3 months. The price per course is pretty good as well. Overall any student should decide on their goals and what is necessary educationally. Distance education is an excellent choice especially for those who are working and trying to advance educationally. However i would always recommend CCU.
